The following airlines are offering discounted fares to 2008 Institute attendees:

• American Airlines offers a 5% discount off applicable fares online at www.aa.com or by calling American Airlines Meeting Service Desk at 1-800-433-1790.  Refer to Authorization Number A5268BA.  Online enter the Authorization Number as the Promotion Code.

• Continental Airlines offers discounts off eligible published fares online at www.continental.com or by calling Continental Airlines MeetingWorks at 1-800-468-7022.  Refer to Z Code ZCYG and Agreement Code DCEBDL.  Online enter both the Z Code and Agreement Code (without a space) as the Offer Code. Note:  Online bookings receive an additional 3% discount off published fares; reservations made by telephone will be assessed a $10 nonrefundable service fee.

• Northwest Airlines offers discounts off applicable fares online at www.nwa.com.  At the bottom of the ‘Flights’ tab, click the ‘NWA Discount Travel E-Cert Redemption’ link.  Complete the ‘Flight Options’ section of the Flight Search screen.  In the ‘Additional Search Options’ section, navigate to the section labeled ‘E-Cert:  Do you have a Discount Travel E-Cert, Electronic Credit Voucher (ECV), NWA Extras Voucher?’  Select: Yes.  From the drop-down select ‘Meeting Agreement (WorldFile Number).’  Enter the Meeting Agreement code (World File Number) NYVNW in the box provided.
