Three new members appointed to the Council for NAEYC Accreditation
(Washington, D.C.) -The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) is pleased to announce the appointment of three new members to the Council for NAEYC Accreditation. These new members bring a variety of expertise in early childhood education that will support NAEYC’s efforts to ensure the equity, integrity, and accountability of NAEYC Accreditation of Programs for Young Children.
- Linda Hassan Anderson - Project Manager for the Black Child Development Institute – Atlanta Chapter
- Diane Nicolet – Director/Instructor for Truckee Meadows Community College Child Care Center in Reno, Nevada
- James H. Squires, Ph.D. – Child development expert and recently retired early childhood education programs coordinator for the Vermont Department of Education
