Voters may apply and vote in person as early as 26 days before an election and no later than 4 days prior to Election Day. Ballots for all 40 districts are available at all regional elections offices.

Absentee ballot applications can be requested and turned in anytime during a calendar year, up to 7 days before each election for any state elections during that year. Voters can request a ballot for a specific election or for all elections in the year.

To receive an absentee ballot by mail, a voter must first send an application so that his/her voter registration can be verified. Voters should contact any Division of Elections office to request an application.
