Annual Conference

We will be hosting NAEYC's centennial conference in Washington, D.C. from December 5-8, 2026! Be there for the celebration of the century as we honor 100 years of excellence and carry forward a future of promise. Registration opens in July 2026.

Public Policy Forum

NAEYC’s annual Public Policy Forum is returning to Washington, D.C. in-person in February 2026, where we will bring together hundreds of early childhood educators and stakeholders to strengthen our advocacy skills, expand our policy knowledge, deepen our relationships with Congressional offices, and build a powerful movement across states and communities!

This member-exclusive event introduces educators from across the country to political advocacy techniques to better advance the mission of high-quality early learning experiences for young children and the profession.

Professional Learning Institute

NAEYC’s Professional Learning Institute brought together seasoned and emerging early childhood leaders in a community of learners focused on deepening the early childhood knowledge base, addressing challenging and controversial issues facing the field, and developing skills to improve professional development and practice.

NOTE: NAEYC will not hold the Professional Learning Institute in 2026. We remain committed to providing high-quality professional development opportunities and actively are exploring alternative formats that will best serve the evolving needs of the early childhood education field.
