NAEYC’s hours of operation are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. You may contact us at any time, and representatives will respond to your request during our regular hours of operation.

NAEYC Holiday Hours

We are eager to assist you with your membership questions or resource orders before the holidays are upon us. Please plan ahead to connect with the NAEYC team and to order your online purchases before the holidays. Contact your representative or send a general request to [email protected].

NAEYC offices will be closed:

• During the Thanksgiving holiday from Thursday to Friday, November 27 and 28.
• During the Winter holidays from Wednesday, December 25 through Wednesday, January 1.

NAEYC customer service representatives and online store order processing will return on Thursday, January 2.
