Dear NAEYC Members and Friends:
As an organization dedicated to serving our membership, families and children, NAEYC has proven nimble and unflappable in the face of adversity. COVID-19 has profoundly changed the early learning field – and of course, the wider world around us – and we are not quite ready to return to an in-person event this November. We are embracing what we have learned from producing three successful virtual events in the past year and marching forward to present a virtual 2021 Annual Conference. We continue to prioritize safety for all participants and accessibility to our events, and look forward to presenting a dynamic virtual program to illuminate, inform and inspire.
We remain committed to delivering high-quality content that reflects diverse voices and professional opportunities for the field. A call for proposals focused on virtual sessions and posters will open in a few weeks. Information will be found at our annual conference page.
Based on the incredible response to our virtual events, we strive to innovate the experience and to deepen engagement with you. Attendees at this year’s Conference will experience more live interaction, networking and an exhibit hall with new initiatives, compelling innovations, and relevant tools and services.
Watch the weekly NAEYC Notes and our annual conference page for more exciting news to follow about this year’s Conference speakers and activities. Registration will open in the summer.
Sincerely,
Rhian Evans Allvin, Chief Executive Officer
Michelle Kang, Chief Innovation and Strategy Officer
