Tina Sykes

Biography

Tina Sykes has several years of experience developing and facilitating interactive professional learning opportunities, providing coaching and mentoring to early childhood professionals, teaching in higher education, and utilizing creative arts to educate and entertain. She holds a M.Ed. in both Adult Education and Curriculum Development and Early Childhood Education. She also has a certificate in Diversity Equity and Inclusion from Cornell University. Currently Tina is the Applied Research Manager for Teaching Strategies.

Tina is committed to supporting others in the development of an equity lens and the embodiment of equity as a way of being in the world.

Tina’s inspiration comes from her husband and 3 children. She is excitedly anticipating the arrival of her first grandchild in January of 2023.
