When mailing payment, please allow enough time for the payment to reach us prior to the Annual Conference. To ensure that your group registration is processed in a timely manner, mailed Checks or Purchase Orders should be postmarked by Friday, October 18, 2024.  

Important: You may add new group registrants at any time, but payment or an official purchase order must be received within each registration period (Early Bird, Regular, and Late). If no payment or purchase order is received, you must register the group member again at the prevailing rate. Full payment must be received before you can pick up your registration credentials on-site.  

REMINDER: A Purchase Order is NOT a form of payment. Unless all associated balances have been paid in full, you will not receive your badge and materials onsite. 

No refunds will be issued for a Group Registration; substitutions will be permitted. Individuals registering for one day, Separate-Fee Workshops only, or as presenters are not eligible for the group discount. 

You will be able to pick up all Conference credentials onsite in the Annual Conference Registration area starting on Tuesday, November 5 at 1:00 pm. IMPORTANT: If you selected Purchase Order or Check (Forthcoming), payment MUST be received in advance, or onsite before you can pick up your registration credentials.

Please note: Hotel room rates for the 2024 NAEYC Annual Conference include a fee that is provided to the Association to subsidize meeting-related costs. 

ATTENTION: Do not respond to housing companies claiming to be affiliated with NAEYC. To book your hotel, please only go through the NAEYC web page directly.

When registering online, please submit all special or ADA accommodation requests to NAEYC by Tuesday, October 1. NOTE: NAEYC will try to respond to each request in the order in which they are received. NAEYC cannot guarantee that any requests made after Tuesday, October 1 will be fulfilled.  

As an IACET Accredited Provider, NAEYC is now offering IACET CEUs for a limited number of 2024 Annual Conference sessions in compliance with the ANSI/IACET Continuing Education and Training Standard. More information will be available on our website in the coming months.

To receive the membership discount, you must be a Standard or Premium level NAEYC member in good standing. If registering online, you will need to log into your NAEYC membership account.

Nonmember registrants will receive complimentary Entry level NAEYC membership, which is not eligible for the discounted member rate.  Please note that the membership will be processed after the Annual Conference has concluded.  

School or agency administrators: NAEYC membership must be in the name of an individual. A director’s membership does not extend to other staff members.   

NAEYC-accredited programs: NAEYC Accreditation does not include membership in the Association.

Does NAEYC provide meals at the 2024 Annual Conference?

- No, NAEYC does not provide meals at the Annual Conference. Concession options will be available for purchase on-site.

Does NAEYC offer shuttles to/from the airport for the 2024 Annual Conference?
