Created by NAEYC and the Fred Rogers Center, this positon statment was created to guide educators in applying the principles of development and learning when considering the use of cutting-edge technologies and new media.
All children today are affected by the violence that pervades our society. As a result, the healthy development of our nation’s children is in serious jeopardy.
The NAEYC Code of Ethics offers guidelines for responsible behavior and sets forth a common basis for resolving the principal ethical dilemmas encountered in early childhood care and education.
