Biography
Dianne Haulcy is President and Chief Executive Officer of The Family Partnership (TFP), a high-impact multicultural Minneapolis nonprofit focused on clearing the path to success for individuals and families impacted by low-income, systemic racism and adversity. She assumed the lead role in July 2022 and oversees a $10 million organization with 100 staff.
Haulcy is a well-known advocate and leader with 30 years of non-profit executive experience in the areas of therapeutic early childhood, early learning scholarship and benefit administration, family home visiting, behavioral health and early learning legislative advocacy.
Haulcy is also the host of the popular podcast, Early Risers done in conjunction with Minnesota Public Radio (MPR) and Little Moments Count. The podcast is all about how to talk with young children about race and racism. It just completed its fourth season and has attracted over 60,000 downloads.
Haulcy has held many prominent volunteer leadership positions including board chair of the Northside Achievement Zone. As Chair of the Voices and Choices for Children Coalition, Haulcy was instrumental in passing a 2019 law that created the Community Solutions for Healthy Child Development grant program at the Minnesota Department of Health.
