- Examine the children’s books about STEM in your collection. Do they depict the identities of the children in your setting? Do they introduce aspects that differ from children’s identities?
- What are a few steps you can take to communicate with administrators, colleagues, and families about the importance of diverse books for STEM learning?
- What is one idea from this issue you can use to foster inventing in your setting?
